Refund & Cancellation Policy

Maison Perle Store: Thank you for  your purchase.

Order Cancellation 

Orders may be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been shipped.

Returns & Refunds

In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, customers may request a return within 5 days of receiving the product. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective:

• Jewelry that has been worn
• Personalized or custom-made jewelry

Defective or Damaged Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will repair, replace, or refund the item as required by applicable law.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned item.

Return Shipping

Unless the product is defective, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
