Are your pearls real?

Yes. We use natural freshwater cultured pearls, hand-selected for very high luster and thick nacre. Every piece ships with a Certificate of Authenticity.

What does AAAA grade mean?

Freshwater pearls are graded from A to AAAA. AAAA is the top grade: a deep, mirror-like luster, a virtually flawless surface and a round shape. Our earrings are matched pearl by pearl for size, colour and glow. See Pearl Quality.

What metal is the jewelry made of?

Our settings, posts and chains are 925 sterling silver, with many pieces plated in 18k white or yellow gold. Each product page lists the exact materials.

Is there a warranty?

Yes. Every piece is covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. Details are on our Warranty page.

How much is delivery?

Delivery in Israel is ₪29, and free on orders of ₪650 or more. International delivery is a flat ₪129. See Shipping & Delivery.

Does it come gift-wrapped?

Every order arrives in our signature illuminated gift box, ready to give.

Can I cancel or return my order?

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours if they have not shipped. Unused items in their original condition and packaging can be returned within 5 days of delivery. Full details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

How do I care for my pearls?

Put pearls on after perfume and makeup, wipe them with a soft cloth, and store them apart from other jewelry. Our Pearl Care Guide has more tips.
